  • Been trying to setup my 2 step for a while now using the said AEM pro. Settings are, Ignition cut @ 3000 rpm, fuel cut @ 3050 rpm with the input being Gnd=ON from switch #1. However, the 2step would not enable with the switch on. Checked the software and verified the system recognizes the switch is on, but nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks much....

  • @shonzy7 That means it will start to cut at 6800, if you have the ignition cut harsh enough it wont rev any higher than 6800. If it is not set harsh enough then it will slowly continue to rev until it hits the fuel cut at 7300. BTW it is going to be loud if you hit the ignition cut at 6800 with all that raw fuel in the exhaust.

  • new with ecu's and what not so quick question if you have your ignition cut at 6800 and your fuel cut at 7300 does your car bounce off of the 6800rmp cut or the 7300 rpm cut?? sorry it seems like a dumb question but we all start out at the bottom learing new things thanks

  • Ah this looks awsome. Im really close to buying my AEM EMS for my DSM. cant wait until i become a legit tuner!

  • Thanks man, I'm setting up the AEM EMS for my 3000GT for the first time, I got the ignition set at 7600 and fuel at 7800, but now I will let fuel all the way to 8000, the engine is Turbo 8.5:1 CR.
