And yet I thank Russia for making the USA shit itself for over 50 years till this day....
And may it so continue till the ends of time...

@Sylar0n It will never happen. Russia and the United States are scared shitless of each other and always have been. Plus, a war with Russia would never be popular with either country's citizens, so it will never happen. Talk to anyone who lived in Russia during the cold war. They were taught all the same things about our country and our leaders as we were taught about theirs. We all see how ridiculous it was and none of us want it anymore. Russia is not a threat to the US and vice versa.

That was then, this is now. Two different eras. And I have observed Spetsnaz at work by the way....not impressed.

@wappco You faced some seriously outdated tanks in Iraq, youll only see the real russian technological pinnacles, if the US will get into war with Russia (similar to US policy, Russia isnt selling the latest technology to anyone, to preserve superiority). God save us if that will ever happen.

I lost my job and enlisted in the Army at age 25 to have a chance to see a bit of the world. I went with my now deceased parents to see this movie in on the day I graduated from Infantry training at Fort Benning, Georgia and went to Germany a month later, just six months after the fall of the wall and in the middle of German reunification. 6 months later I was in Iraq facing Soviet built tanks. What pieces of shit !. I guess the old U.S.S.R. sank all of their rubles into Navy projects.

I love the soviet union. I dedicate my life to it.
Somebody should upload the whole movie in parts up to YouTube.

This movie is EPIC! Sean Connery and Sam Neill were superfantastical. This movie is what got Mr. Baldwin noticed. Great job with the video! This is one of my favorite movies of all time! The book was great, too!
