Twin engine on P51D Mustang, testing servo's after mounting, will turn a 14x7 3 blade propeller. Pilot smoking and voltwatch 2 with it's own switch. Onboard charger and quick fuel nozzle. Giant scale mg995 metal gear servo's on all but aileron's, that are a pair of karbonite gear hitec. Custom flaps engineered to retract out of the wing like an airliner, and can be controlled with a toggle switch or a knob. Custom installed mechanical retractable landing gear connected to an MG995 (model didn't come with retract or flap option). CT6B 6ch radio 2.4ghz. Final paint job and cowl fitment is needed before the first flight with the new engine. This is the 4th engine I have installed, the first was a YS 120 four stroke, second a 20 cc ultralight weed eater conversion with a failed attempt to upgrade to electronic ignition, then to a super tigre s300 30cc 2 stroke that needed custom methanol and low oil mix, finally to the 1.20 OS FT Gemini.

  • back to nitro?

  • @arizvela I just bought a gallon and enough balsa ply for two more engine mounts. I will be able to fly with the 20cc gas electronic ignition conversion, 30cc super tiger s3000, or the gemini 120 twin by making them interchangable.

  • Why couldnt you get the weedeater to run properly

  • @arizvela The carb and gasket were damaged, I had problems when I was making a custom prop shaft, I plan on ordering a 1 1/2" piece of aluminum and making a solid propshaft with a magnet pressed in, before the REM magnet was too far from the pickup sensor.
