The truth is less cool, it's a song about a hole in the roof. "Er zit en gat in mijn dak" with the weird dutch "G" can sound like "And sit and fart in the duck".

The story is that this is a heavily repurposed clip of a Belgian children's show segment, "Kabouter Plop" about a gnome who runs a milk bar. The Dutch (or more properly the strong Flemish dialect) words are imagined to sound like gross things in English. The "substances" Plop puts into milk must be even stronger than the ones in the Korova Milk Bar in A CLOCKWORK ORANGE. I mean, just look at them carry on...

This is almost as original as and about as funny as Duckroll in 2006-2007 (maybe it started in 2005), before the more famous, but less funny, and much less original Rickroll took over.
