  • strengthens your life force called chi. all your body benefits from cultivating moer chi in a harmonious way.

  • I practiced this exercise with a Universal Tao instructor here in Bucharest, it's very hard at the beginning, because your thighs aren't used to supporting the weight. But what the exercise does is it strengthens your lumbar region - you get rid of all lower back pain. You need to understand that Qigong practices are energy practices - the use of Chi is what makes them work, not what you see from the outside.

  • yep ,it´s the so called deer exercise ,u can do it if u do pcm training like qi gong ,pilates ,.... or u just press the point (unfortunatly i forgot the right term) between your anus and the groin before your orgasm starts then u feel the pump but u don´t have the ejaculation ,it´s going inside.
