Whoever told you to drink coke was a dumbass. Caffein is not good for kidneys.

never had a kidney stone, but what doesn't make sense to me is that calcium stones are the most common type of kidney stone and foods high in oxalate are supposed to be avoided with calcium stones. sodas and asparagus are at the top of the list of oxalate rich foods.......

@MrChrled That stone was a smooth one...not as bad as jagged ones. But still painful. I haven't had a stone since taking cholesterol lowering meds.....but still good to keep Buds on hand, just in case!

I appreciate your telling how that coke thing worked to get rid of kidney stones. for sure it won't be my way to try.... but so many videos and peole lleave us hanging for answers....i need help not to buy a product or book, thanks again.

When I was in the Hospital for Kidney stones, the Doctors told me not to drink soda like coke and Dr. Pepper. Dark liquids are bad.

try lemon juice and olive oil, 2oz of each mixed.

@Critique808 If you can see a doctor, Do it before doing or assuming anything. I try to tell everyone to see a doctor first, but some people are going to do what they want anyway, thanks for the comment
