  • Your videos are a fantastic supplement to lecture notes and the often cumbersome text books. Thanks from an aspiring electrical engineer.

  • te deberian de dar un premio nobel por la ayuda que le haces a la humanidad con tus videos!!!

  • @choulie93 oh of course! I completely forgot that it's kinetic ENERGY not kinetic FORCE. Haha, thanks!

  • @Stedginator kinetic energy is measured in joules

  • On that last step, isn't 1/2 mv^2 a measurement of kinetic energy (which is measured in newtons?). If so, the final equation doesn't make sense since you placed joules (Nm) equal to a measurement of newtons?

  • You're amazing

  • @RayRayakaRachel At least nerds know how to spell

  • @RayRayakaRachel ur a dren

  • ur a nerd

  • You make my life bearable.

  • @kourosh89 Realistically yes, but we're assuming the plane is infinite, and this is a relatively o.k. assumption to make when dealing with charged plates and small particles such as electrons. As long as the distance away from the plate is much less than the dimensions of the plate we can justify using this assumption that the E field is uniform.
