  • Its a little known fact that Mr Sheen had to give up being an Australian marketting icon to focus on his career as the leader of the Liberal Party.

  • Yeah, I've got to add my voice to this - the sheila in the add is incredibly attractive! What a spunk! Wonder what she looks like now? Probably still OK.

  • I HAVE MR SHEEN!!!

  • wow... how old do I feel now!

  • @d777j777l777 she\d be a grandma mate.......but yeh she's a good sort right there.

  • @tranurse If only since their purpose is often allocated to the suffix part of a phone number these days.

  • @hebneh Basically, there use to be a pre-fix where those two letters presented a name based on an area of town you lived in. Where I lived, it would've been "GReenwood-4" for example.

  • I hated this add cos my mum would make me polish the furniture with the stuff everytime it was

  • @hebneh they still do. 1, 2 abc, 3 def, 4 ghi, 5 jkl, 6 mno.... and so on

  • I notice the phone dial at :40 has only numbers, no letters.

In the USA nearly all telephones had letters also, since for a long time telephone numbers used two letters at the beginning. But not everywhere in America.

  • Audio out of sync!

  • Clean as Charlie.
