Dr.Wei, I received 2 (prp) injections by a board certified sports medicine MD in Springfield,Pa two years ago. He drew 50cc of blood from my arm,spun it
to get the platelets, added some thrombin to stimulate plts. Then he injected stimulated platelets into knee joint using ultrasound guided technique. I have noticed no improvement at all, only continued and increasing pain. I am now considering going to see Dr. Centeno in Denver,Co for possible stem cell injections.
