Heroes of Chernobyl

This is the first video I have made. I took several videos and pictures and put them together with a song by 30 Seconds to Mars. The Windows Movie Maker started acting up on me so I wasn't able to fine tune the last parts of the video quite the way I wanted, but I was still pleased with the outcome. Comments welcome!

@Medysonball No, but I would really like to at some point in my life. Much of the footage I used was from a woman from the Ukraine. Her name was Elena Filatova. Her father worked for the Ukranin government so she was able to get a special pass into the exclusion zone riding her motorcycle taking pictures and video. She put together a very interesting web site, but I don't know what happened to it. I am fascinated with the site because it's like a giant time capsule.

I am not remotely brave enough to do such things.

We build monuments to fallen soldiers, statues to politicians, dedicate bridges and buildings to people of significants to our communities....

What do you build or say to repay this sacrifice

Bold courage shown by men who died knowing there was absolutely no hope, and only a slow miserable death to look towards after following orders.....

So many years later, I'm still stunned by the Bravery
