I take it you also have more recent Macintosh systems, such as the newer Intel Macs or macBooks, sadly I don't have one, but I do like them.

Well I can tell you that the newest Mac I have is a G3 Blue & White running OS 9.2. Pretty useful for repairing older machines.

i have the same one, I just cant get it past the startup screen, a disk somes up on the screen, I dont know what thats all about. I do know it hasnt started up in years before that.

also, my power macintosh 6100 boots faster and has a different "simple beep" sound like on the macintosh performa 5200 or other powerpc computer

I had an LC520 running Mac OS 7.6. Kept the thing from 1992 to about 2001, with a hard drive crash somewhere in between. I think the second hard drive has crashed too.

@omg122448 A Disk With A Question Mark Means The System Folder Must Have Gotten Erased Somehow My Mac G3 Has A Folder With The Question Mark Which Means The Same Thing: Where Is My System Software??

I have the same one and it worked perfectly but now when it starts up I just get this disc with a question mark instead of the little mac in the middle of the screen screen. I grew up with that mac and learned off of that one so I hope I can revive it.

I'll bet that error when you started up was about the PRAM battery being dead lol. I've gone through about three of those damn things and I finally quit buying them, they're like 25 bucks a piece...
