I am seriously wondering what goes through Madelines mind when she sings that high note in the Star Spangled Banner and the crowd cheers. For me I would probably tear up and smile so big. Too bad I am an alto XD

I believe that would be Blair singing the high note at 2:32.
She is a yodeler, and has an easy natural break in her voice, allowing her to almost flawlessly change-over registers.
