For the same price? The S4 starts in at 46k. The M3 is at 59k. Both loaded your looking at an almost 15k difference. M3's went up in price cause it needed to compete with the RS4. You cant find a e92 M3 for the same price as an S4.

so its the seats that "let you know you are in a special sports sedan" just the seats, not the price, brand, just the seats- so if i take the seats out that should save me about 45 g's
