  • Why doesn't the needle tangle in the bobbin thread when goes over the right side of the fabric? It seems my bobbin always tangles... Am I messing something up?

  • @aurielMoon It could be one of several things. First, rethread the machine. Top AND bottom. Sometimes the problem is that the bobbin is in upside down (if you have a drop-in bobbin) Make sure the thread is coming out the right direction. Next, check your needle. Is is loose? Is it old? I would replace it even if you've only been using it for a couple of projects. After that, I would start checking tension, but that's an advanced type of fix.

  • Very clear lesson, thank you!

  • Thanks for that little lesson I'm getting a machine on Tuesday and you just gave me something else to pratice before I start making things for my family

  • thanks so much

  • Awesome!! Finishing seams is where I need the most help. I don't know if you have a video on French seams, but I would love to know how to do that! Thanks SO much!
