I met my goal of being able to squat 300 lbs of free weights, so I am setting a new goal, more weight :) That's the manager and his big body builder friend talking and recording not believing I could do it.

  • actually wouldn't it be triple sine you are still technically lifting your weight plus double that on the bar?

  • You need to get down lower. Try to hit parrallel atleast
