Manila Traffic

OMG. I never knew how much traffic this city got until i actually got here. This was taped right outside my hotel (Hotel Carlton--DO NOT stay there, the location is great but the paper thin walls, roachs and the 24 hr non-stop traffic and honking isnt worth it). Only one night here and i had to get the hell up outta there. This was taped at about 7 am. Whyyyyyyyyy?

It's because in Manila, that kind of traffic is already very ordinary, Mondays to saturdays. And even on Sundays! You may not believe is. But even on Sundays, you will get that kind of traffic in the streets near the shopping malls. :-)

Yeeeeeah, someone was telling me that Manila has one of the worlds most congested traffic/streets. Just a little FYI for other folks, Make sure to leave about a good 40-60 minutes of cushion time to get to the airport...

40-60 minutes cushion time to get to the airport. Plus, don't forget to add another 30 minutes cushion time just to get pass the guards to enter the airport terminal specially if your taking those peak hour flights, :-)

0 population? Ano ka communista! Dude, ang laki ng lupa ng Pilipinas. Kulang pa ang population ng Pilipinas ngayon at coming more years. Ang kailangan lang diyan ay sapat na transportation at malawak na flyover at highways! At saka, stop this bullshit propaganda na overpopulated ang Pilipinas, you see this sa poverty sa Pilipinas! Kaya nagkakaroon ng traffic sa Manila. Dahilan naka-converged kasi ang 12 millions sa mga maliliit na highways at daanan. Ang kailangan nilang gawin ay gumawa ng double-deckedor tripled decks na mahahabang tulay with train on it! Para lumuwag ang daanan sa Metro Manila. Im pretty sure marami ng architects or civil engineers ang mga nakaisip nito. Maybe walang pera, meron siguro pera pero kaltas na. So gumawa lang sila ng LRT at MRT, na hindi naman umiikot sa buong Metro Manila. I hope mali ako!
