Ballad Of Sun Lang and Xiahou Mao

One day, a friend of mine named Huxley (Platoon86) and I had a day of recording silly music for the giggles and nonsensity of it for fun. On a break we had, we pulled out the Romance Of The Three Kingdoms 8 Playstation 2 videogame where we played as two men from powerful families in the ROTK era, men who were famous for being worthless or failing. Lang, for example, setting his own troops on fire by accident and Mao for losing massively in battle and disappearing because of retreating from well...everyone.

So Hux as Sun Lang and myself as Xiahou Mao played about from the year 215 or so, we played together at Wu for a while until Sun Quan demoted Mao at around the year 219, Mao threw a rebellion and nearly died, but escaping.

He then found a free space with no prefect at Cao Pi's forces at Xi Ping, thus he took that era for himself in another rebellion. Despite being close to the Wu kingdom and even having a decent rank despite being pretty much worthless, Sun Lang joined his oath brother at Xi Ping, where they owned their own forces for 3 years. (219-222)

However after losing, Mao was executed by Cao Pi and Sun Lang barely escaped with his life. Sun Lang soon had his revenge and slayed Cao Pi, he then spent the remainder of his life doing nothing until dying January in 244 at the age of 58. Hurrah.
