get this if you like trial and error and a lot of cheap deaths. its still fun but way to punishing for the slightest fuck up. imagine a world where you are armed with a club, and everyone else has assault rifles and 100% accuracy. if you get spotted, you will die, and dying is never fun. get the game but be cautious. and yes, it does have multiplayer but its pretty damn laggy.
