This bike may be my challenge!
Here you'll see how to create a hybrid recumbent.
First it's called "Lowracer Cobalt-Samarium",
now it's called "Lowracer hybrid".

I must use the pedal power to charge batteries and to drive.
The combination with the generator,battery and the motors is only a replacement for the looooong chain.
Another advantage, the drive hasn't any dead-center position cause the batteries are buffering the power.

@ElectricCarVideos Jeder Motor kam auf eine maximale Leistung von 1000W.

Mit 4000Watt etwas mehr als die Polizei erlaubt, 250Watt Dauerleistung dürfen es nur sein....

Nach dem 3. Getriebeschaden der SRAM S7 entschied ich mich für einen Naben-Motor!

very well done except the v-belt. Go to something for efficient. There other belts out there that will out perform and will much more of the energy to the wheel. Just a thought.

@richardmoz The Lowracer Hybrid is running now with a big hubmotor! No chains, no gears, no shifter!

The speed can be changed via "TipTronic" like in the Formula1 race cars... If you click at 0:05 the blue button "Lowracer Hybrid #5" then you can see the finished bike! Regards, Chris
