I hacked together this prototype for a terminal-emulator controlled stepper motor driver. It uses the toshiba TB6560 driver chip and an Atmega32 AVR. The AVR handles the terminal emulation and controls the driver chip. The circuit was co-built with a friend. I wrote the AVR firmware myself.
