The Top 20 Movies Of All Time (In My Opinion)

I've been working hard to put this together, a video countdown of my top 20 movies. Those of you expecting the kind of movies I make trailers for might be disappointed with the movies, but I've tried to make the movies as exciting as I can (there's a couple there that are pretty spectacular).

Please, feel free to comment on the choices and the movies, I think you'll find my tastes are a bit more sophisticated than my channel suggests (I've gotta update that thing...).

Transformers= Giant Robot FAIL

This is an excellent list! A lot of my favorites (in my top 50) are on here! Nice to see there are still people who truly appreciate the quality of good cinema. Well done!

Excluding dances with Wolves, Jaws, High Noon, Cinema Paradiso, vertigo and Charade this is a extremely solid list, i think Magnolia deserves a spot, and American Beauty and Shawshank should be higher. and i dont know the ending of Schindlers list isnt that good. Still an amazing movie though. Good list

Most of the guys who commented are idoits; all I'm seeing is "where is so and so" "so and so should be higher". Hey, it's his opinion he doesn't need to add anything or change anything, so stop acting like your opinion's should be everyone's opinion, God!

Some really great picks here. Overall, a very good list. I can tell that you are driven by music, which I think is at least 50% of cinema. I especially like Once upon a time in the west & Cinema Paradiso (Ennio scores). But...

1. Vertigo > North by NW (rankingwise)

2. Charade?

3. Goldfinger or OHMSS > FRWL

4. ET > The day Earth stood still

5 Saving Private Ryan > Glory

6 Kevin Costner should not be in ANY top 1000 movies ;-)

@BigGreenMovieMachine 1.) Dragonball was an anime; and it was much better than Dragonball Z - so I will watch Dragonball thank you.

2.) Most of these movies aren't good to me. Is that a problem? I would have had "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" if not the whole trilogy on this list somewhere....so I could chew his and your ass out for that.
