  • If negative camber is what you're after, better check to see if your 1970 is a swing axle model. Chance are it is IRS. But , there are some 68 and up years that do have Swing axle. I believe most bugs that were made for the Euro market had swing axle all way up to 77 or so. Dont quote me though. If yours is a Super Beetle it is definatley IRS. I used to have a '70 myself. Mine was IRS.

  • o ok thanks yeah i got a 1970 hoping to do the same with but i'm unemployed so i can't get it built lol

  • Negative camber is a result of lowering swingaxle/transaxle bugs.
