Part 2: The law in the U.S. does not criminalize speech however in many states creating a hostile work environment is against employment law. Call a co-worker to listen to the music with you. Send an e-mail to your witness documenting what what played, who played it, and the meaning of they lyrics. Send an email warning to the offending co-worker and demanding he cease playing Murder Music and carbon copy the human resources department on your email. Contact a civil rights lawyer.

Here's some advice to anyone who hears a co-worker play Murder Music at work.
Part 1: The law in the UK bans incitement to hatred and violence against particular groups. Call a co-worker to listen to the music with you. Sen an e-mail documenting what what played, who played it, and the meaning of they lyrics. Send an e-mail to your employer informing him of the law and complaining against the co-worker who played Murder Music. Contact a solicitor about how to proceed.
