Not sure about Nevada but over here in the south east that would be considered Code 2 (lights only) Code 3 would be full lights and sirens.

yea code 2 is more correct...code 3 is with urgency and may include siren if needed for safety...still nice cars. and to all the ones saying things like theyre idiots...its for a funeral... geez some people suck at life...

Yeah this is not code 3... Code 2 is more like it. Unless it's one of those departments that makes up their own rules lol. Then again they all seem to have their own 10 codes & signals which has created a number of unnecessary problems. I think a standardized, streamlined 10 code & signal list should be created so that all departments can communicate with one another effectively without having one 10 code mean something entirely different to another dept. Too disorganized.
