There are no rules for making music. People said the same thing when producers started making music on computer vs. hardware.
Music software developers are just taking advantage of technology as they should be. The iPhone is just another type of computer so why not.
If you can get your ideas out whenever you want rather than waiting to get home then forgetting the melody you had in your head, I'm all for it.

Im not saying that these kids with their fl studio and garageband are actualy going to be convoluding the music industry, but thats exactly the point. Anybody can download fruityloops or garageband, stick a couple of midi sequences or pre-recorded loops together, upload them on myspace and call themselves a producer. i just think these kids should be spending their time more wisely, particularly this kid whos just emulating one of just blaze's throw-togethers and uploading it on youtube

there will allways be good music and bad music. just because every average kid is making there own music doesnt mean that the general quality of music will drop, infact having the whole scene saturated in un original, uninteresting music will help poeple become more discerning. they will start to see the differance between original, infectios, interesting music and solja boi

I recorded the whole clip on youtube using an soundcard recorder, then i cutted the sequences and put them together to a pack
