Mr. Wayne was billed as Michael Morris. This episode was shown at the time of the sudden passing of Mr. Bond.

Obviously, the greatest Wagon Train episode of all, with John Ford directing and John Wayne in a cameo role as General Sherman. Too bad its not out on DVD, should have been among the 16 B&W episodes in the Wagon Train complete color season (7) DVD boxed set!
