If you watch all my floor exercise videos with care and attention and actually GET OFF YOUR SEAT and do the exercises, you will gain a much better understanding of your body. Then it will be easy for you to lose the weight in all desired places. You will also feel better, gain confidence, and peopple will stop easing you.

@undertaker5063 It will only take a couple of weeks to show results if you do this exercise daily just once as shown and... if you don't sit on chairs all day. . Also watch my videos "Are YOU chairbound?".

You will see a difference in a couple of weeks if:
you do them every day
you don't sit around too much
you don't gorge on biscuits, crisps and chocolate

@FloorExercises After one accident still I have a pain in my back.I dont have a fracture but still while standing I cant bend completely to touch the floor without bending my knees But my butt and thighs are in large size I want to reduce that. Shall I do this exercise or can u suggest some other exercise to reduce my butt without straining my spine

Hi Kiss, yes, if you do this exercise slowly and gently it will help reduce your butt and in addition it will actually loosen your back. It will keep your back strong and mobile without strain. If you can't reach the floor with your knees bent to begin with, place a couple of cushions by your sides so that you can relax your knees down towards the floor in the twisted bent-legs positions. Remember my motto: No Pain, just gain!
