  • What kind of Graft did you get? I had surgery Jan 3 I got the Cadaver. Doc says I cant skate until January 2013. Pretty painless recovery though. I get to start driving in 1 week.

  • @markrangen I got a hamstring graft from my own leg, it made the recovery pretty painful early on, but I should be able to start skating in about a month

  • im at post op week 4!! doctor said anywhere from 4-6 months til i can shred again. I cannot wait for the fucking day! glad to see your doing better

    @ndrach1

  • Damn man, get well soon. That sucks. I know a few people going through the ACL rehab.

  • ditto

  • @ndrach1 yeah same here. I cant wait to skate but its gonna be kinda scary just cus it took so long to recover.

  • @Hectorrskates Hopefully I'll be skating by march, Im supposed to be able to return to full physical activity 6 months after surgery

  • @ndrach1 dang thats crazy that we got surgery almost on the same day. i got mine on september 23. Im walking normally but cant run or jog till like 5 month post op. Well i probably can but im not suppose to my therapist said so i have to wait. Are you still going to skate?

  • @Hectorrskates Im basically at the same stage as you man, I got the surgery on september 17 so im also 3 months post op. As of right now i can walk around perfectly fine and do some light jogging, but my leg is still noticeably weaker than it should be, how about you?
