@AMVfanatic1081 I read the guide books on starcraft 2 and it says that zerg use a unbreakable material for weapons. thats why terrans need to use guns

@poonhounds2 It's because that when these humans crash landed on planets like tarsonis, they didnt have recourses. They still dont have enough resources to make remotely controlled battle machines or whatever, but have a lot of humans. At least they have giant machines that dont need to be controlled by humans.

Don't get me wrong, I "get it" from the perspective of creating a fun sci-fi video game. I am just pontificating about the future of technology in the real world. This video made me think about it.

@poonhounds2 Ok think of it this way, we watch "people" drive cars, not people drive remote control cars. If they were robots or whatever, there wouldn't be emotion as a factor, which would ruin the concept all together.

If one day humans have the technology sophisticated enough to produce those armored suits, don't you think we wold able to control them remotely without putting people inside them? Wouldn't it be better since you wouldn't be limited by human range of movement & vision?

geez, the terrans spend too much time shooting these huge useless guns
why not just squish the zerg beneath all that armor? at least put it to SOME use...

not all , Tycus Findlay (in trailer) and other prisoners sentenced for death or for life in prison have choice to become marines for rest of the life merged with their suits of armor forever
