O operador não viu que eram duas unidades de 20'' pés ,porque não tinha ninguém ali na boca do porão para orienta-lo (porta ló) porque no meio do spreder tem um dispositivo que ativado faz o içamento duplo. Como Operador sempre pergunte antes de colocar o spreder no porão o esteje 100% de certeza que a carga que você vai içar é de 40'' ou de 20'' pés . . .
