  • Hi, i like your video. Does this method applicable for v1.3.9h?

  • @onsalefreedotcom I'm sorry. I don't know the answer to that, but I suspect it would.

  • Please forgive my ignorance but you and others mention uploading the files to your server but I don't have a clue what you mean. I need to upload files for Zencart. Every video I am finding seems to start AFTER one has the file available. I need to know how and where I am to upload the file.

    Thanks!

  • @HannaPesca How did your Zen Cart shop get installed? Did you have someone else do it?

Do you know who is hosting your website? For example Hostgator . . .

Login there and look at the files. There should be a public html folder that has your Zen Cart shop in it. Your shop folder will have been names something- maybe shop or store. Inside that folder will be another folder called Download. Can you find it?

  • @shaerrah If you found the Download folder, click on it and look at the top half of the page to see a menu and choose "Upload files." Browse to the place on your computer where this product file is and choose it.

If you aren't able to do this, maybe you can google for a video on uploading files to your webserver.
