I've been willing to do this for a while now. This isn't much but something cool to see. x)
Dissidia Final Fantasy & Super Smash Brothers, both games bring a large cast of characters from thei respective companies: Dissidia Final Fantasy combines the main cast of the first ten Final Fantasies and Super Smash Bros. combines all the Nintendo characters you all know and love into one, big slam fest.
In Dissidia, there are 11 heroes and 11 villains. Super Smash Bros. Brawl has more villains than it's pre-decessor, Super Smash Bros. Melee did ( as playable characters...?). I decided to demonstrate two fights, with both a hero and a villain win in.
The Victory Fanfare Cosmos is for heroes(which SSB Brawl is full of) and Victory Fanfare Chaos is for villains(which SSB Brawl is having a few).
In Dissidia Final Fantasy two gods, Cosmos (the goddes of Harmony) and Chaos (the god of Discord) bring their own warriors. Cosmos brings the heroes and Chaos brings the villains.
Same could almost be said in the case of SSB Brawl as well, but there are way too few villains in this game. T_T But at least there are some: Bowser (Super Mario series), Star Wolf (Star Fox series), Ganondorf (Legend of Zelda series), King DeDeDe( Kirby series) and.... Wario and Meta Knight too, I guess. These two are kinda from between good and evil. Meta Knight at times challenges Kirby to battle but sometimes he is seen fighting for good as well. Sure, Wario doesn't fight for good like Meta Knight. He mostly causes mischief and problem with Waluigi. But in his own games (Wario Land, anyone?) he fights for good. Or so I remember...
Enjoy! If you have any suggestions what Dissidia Final Fantasy compositions could fit into this, please make a video of it and post it as a response, or just comment. =D I'm not willing to do lots of these though as my recorder hates me. But don't worry, I hate it too.
Let the battle commence!
hm... as far as I'm aware, Dissidia is like a beat-em-up Final Fantasy game, right? Well, I guess the music from that game would make a perfect choice for Brawl. Hey, what do you know, it does!

Dissidia is described as "Dramatic Progressive Action" or simply Fighting and RPG combined.
Once I get that game (Collector's Edition :D), I think it'll do the same thing Smash Bros. Melee did to me back then: Play some games through where the cast came from. Without Melee, I would've probably never touched Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess or Metroid Prime.
