@moneyman10k If I could just do three moves it would be 1) Turkish Get ups 2) swings 3) long cycle clean and presses. IMO.

Tim looks like a "poof" in that shirt! Lol..

FYI kettlebell part starts at 1:50.

whoever disliked this is a dumbass

@moneyman10k You've probably found the answer by now... but in his new book he says the two-handed swing is the single best exercise movement anyone could do. And that you only have to do 2x a week for a total of 15-20 minutes. He does have other exercises in his book, but he says do that one if nothing else and you can build a nice physique.

Two days ago (3/29/10) I did a 10 minute set of 1 arm clean & jerks with a 24kg kettlebell, switching hands every 10 reps. Had to set the bell down once at around the 6 min mark to catch my breath for 60 seconds. I got a total of 103 reps. Now I have a goal to beat. That's all I did. I'd say, for the serious minimalist, clean & jerks and snatches are all you really need. Especially if you work REALLY hard on them.

I'm going to say 1.swing; 2 get up; 3 squat

Congrats to Tim on completing the RKC!
I'm a big fan of Tim's and a KB practitioner myself, and it's great to see 2 of my influences coming together.
