Sensual meditation us capable of projecting much more love into the human consciousness via orgasm than just meditating love compassionately alone as in standard meditation, since you are batteling against people who have switched off or lost their consciousness egc they practice ceremonies such as the "cremation of care" before or after when making negative planet changing descisions. I recommend Sensual Meditation, and Sensual Tantra, but Normal Meditation would also work better than protesting alone. Please meditate at least once a day for to heal the planet ((^_^)) Namaste

@philipsmovies Thank you very much, actually boy, girl, and hermaphrodite are genders, not sex. Sex is a term used for reporduction, to produce a new life form. Sex can occur in intimacy or it can occur in the laboratory, such what happened with me on a mother ship. Sensual meditation or tantra is intimate meditation of combining energies to awaken, as well project large impulses of light energy, at higher frequencies than standard meditation exercises.

As a typical western guy i get confused between the two and need to learn more about my own body and my inner self.
