It's quite weird that the theme song from this boran is different from the other borans, but I would have to say it's unique. I haven't seen this boran either, but supposedly, the story is about a Princess who was taken under-water due to the fact that she had killed the Sea Creature's son because he turned himself into a squirrel. The Pra'ek is on his journey to go get the Princess back. This was made by Ch.3 as well. Thanks to sos4lt for more information on the story.

Long comment so had to split it up. The sea creature find out and makes the kingdom sunk underwater. The main character rushes to rescue the main girl and as they are riding the horse, she slips of and falls underwater. Which has people thinking that the spirit of Fungkee took her down to be his wife. That is what I remember. Sad ending but would like to see, it never show it before.

I don't know if it is really true but it is like a folk tale or legend that people believed in. It is a popular story in the Esan region of Thai. I don't know too much about it but my parents use to tell me about it. The main character love each other and plan to get married but Fungkee(sea creature's son) likes the main girl too so he disguished himself has a squirrel. The main girl tells her servant to catch it and kill it for her to eat.
