League of Legends - Poppy Gameplay

Hey everyone! I thought I'd do something new on my channel. I've started recording most of my LoL games and I'm going to post the ones in which I do well. If you want me to post ones in which I did badly too, say so in the comments below. I'll try to cover the champions that I use most, but if you want me to play a certain champion, send me a message, or say so in the comments below. As I wrote in the title, I'll include the item build and skill order below.

Item build:
-Start with Mana Crystal and 2 health potions
-Buy Boots of Speed and an Amplifying Tome (if you can complete Sheen while also getting Boots of Speed, do so)
-Complete Sheen if not done already, and finish Sorcerer's Shoes
-Begin building Madred's Bloodrazor (get Madred's Razor before the other components)
-Continue to build your Bloodrazor
-Finish Bloodrazor, continue building to Trinity Force
-Finish Trinity Force
-Build a Force of Nature
This is a fairly complete Poppy build for me. If the game goes longer, feel free to buy something that you prefer.

Skill Order:
Start the game with a point in your E if you're planning to go for First Blood. If not, put your first point into Q. At level 2, put a point into either Q or E depending on what you didn't get the first level. At level 3, you have a choice. Either put another point into Q for more burst, or put a point into W for the speed boost. I prefer the speed, as it makes ganking and running easier. From level 4 on, the skill order follows R-Q-E-W

Hey man, I'm impressed with your poppy play, been playing her myself for a few weeks. Tried AP and AD builds, but never did I try bloodrazor path. I usually like them sorc boots to maximize my Q potential, I even get them as AD sometimes. Tell me, what masteries and runes do you use ? Do you make a balance between armor pen and magic pen, or you just go full magic pen ? Eagerly waiting for your reply.

@DavorBa Thanks a lot for the comment! I really appreciate it! Unfortunately, it's been a while since I recorded this and my runes and masteries have changed around a lot, but right now if I was to still play Poppy this way, I'd stick my mage rune page, which has Magic pen marks, AP per level glyphs and seals, and flat AP quints. I'd probably roll with a more offensive mastery, grabbing as much AD and AP as I can. Put any remaining points into defense, in my opinion. Hope this helps!

hey man only one suggestion since in 3v3 the lanes are smaller and you can get to towers faster try not to use your abilities on minions leave you oom and forced to b cus you cant protect yourself from ganks

@outlawreb0rn 1. Not to be that guy, but IE is 3830, and Bloodrazor is 3800, so I mean, TECHNICALLY, IE costs more.

2. Crit Poppy never did it for me, so I've never considered building IE and PD on her, certainly something to try.

3. Well say you don't have a jungler on your team. It still helps, and in my opinion, is a solid addition to her build.

You're certainly entitled to your opinions and your own playstyle though, so I hope you have fun!

1. It will help you the same amount as an Infinity Edge would for farming but IE is cheaper.

2. If you go Trinity into IE into PD, she ends up critting for constant 500's afetr her initial burst is done.

3. You shouldn't have to get bloodrazor for neutral buffs. No need to get a 3800 item when your jungler should have Wriggles for those anyway.

Just my opinion. Ive been playing Poppy for a long time and find AD the most viable way.
