Milk and Fashion

Milk and Fashion centers on a young foreigner, Tyler Ralstin, as he travels from rural Yunnan to Shanghai to live with his uncle Jack. As caretaker for Tyler, Jack must balance his life between the high demand of his profession and the role of a mentor as he guides his nephew through the tough life-decisions that come with growing up.

This is a fantastic movie-- if you are intelligent, curious and like to learn about other cultures. If you are the low I.Q. type, forget it, and go back to American Idol or the football game. It's not for you.

I enjoyed the movie. The dresses at the fashion show, near the end of the movie were horrible..but I quite liked the story.

The plot is wonderful and the whole story is worth watching. Unfortunately, the poor acting skills of almost all performers are to blame for lowering the quality of the movie. Still, it's not your everyday story for Hollywood lovers. To appreciate the movie one really needs more than average brains.

Getting the opportunity to see movies like this -- for free -- is fantastic, yet some people can't appreciate the opportunity they've been given and just bitch. Honestly, some of you guys are unbelievable. Thanks FilmBuff for going to the trouble like this. Believe me, some of us are grateful.
