Sheryl is the kind of character I HATE to seen in anime/manga. She's extremely demanding and always causes conflict. Though, Ranka is unrealistically perfect (which also bothers me), she is much more tolerable and adorable in a way. The entire story was a tease in getting my hopes up, only to knock them down. A complete waste of my time.

I'm glad Alto picked Sheryl (No offense to Alto/Ranka fans) because, like Alto was a huge jerk to Ranka.(-bitch slaps Alto-) Besides, Alto is like a girl and Sheryl a man... Ranka needs someone who's moreeeeeeeeeeee cooler (Brera) than the ugly hime (Alto). By the way, I'm a Ranka x Brera fan, I don't care if there siblings; Brera is a cyborg thus making them not really related.

i just ended watching this (with all the movies) and o. my. god.
i thought, fromt the very beginning, that alto and would end up with ranka because they had a sweet connection in the first episode and it felt like love at first sight. but i guess i was wrong. in the very ending alto says he can't return ranka's feelings and is about to say i love you to sheryl but he goes into a fold with a vajra. (sadly.) im not sure why he picked sheryl because (to me) she was a bossy, bitchy, arrogant girl.

Ranka fan here: Alto explicitly turned down Ranka and was in middle of saying "Aishiteru" (I love you) to Sheryl as he was cut off. Material like Sheryl Visual Collection illustrations portray Alto and Sheryl reuniting, wedding etc. Gosh, some need to stop living in blatant denial. Poor, poor Ranka was doomed from the start and she ending up as the girl with unrequited love was clear from the start. That's how it goes. Personally I'm utterly sick of older tsunderes winning but it can't be helped

AH fuck really? I watched the anime to see ranka end up with Alto and turns out he went with Sheryl? What a fucken waste of my time. It's just Ranka met Alto first, so I thought they would have something goin on. Turns out I was fucken dead wrong. This anime totally fucked me in the head.
