Intelligent people don't claim the earth is "millions of billions of years old". Intelligent people know that the earth is about 4,5 billions of years old. Stupid christians, on the other hand, will go to any lengths to try to convince themselves that the fairy tales of the babble are true. Including that the earth was "created" 6,000 years ago.

and somehow, I doubt very much that Richard Dawkins counts you as one of his good friends.

@JungleJargon If the mutation, the change, is not very good, it is discarded, this means a SELECTION has been made. I know ur skull is too thick to even wanna try to understand, but if u wanna know more, just ask, don;t pretend u know something. Your comments r based on suppositions. @JungleJargon Second, stoop talking about genome like u even know what it really means. Mutations are a simple change in the genome, to make it better, to make it more efficient, or to simply patch a mistake in it. A mutation is nothing in itself, it is a simple "software update" (to dumb it down) if you will, of the genome. Natural selection here is the factor that oversees that mutation, puts it in balance with nature, with what the animal/plant needs, and sees if the change is good or bad.
