When you upload your video, try posting it under "Private" first then switch it to Public afterwards. If that doesn't work out, You might also wanna considering mirror-flipping the scenes in your video(every scene in my video, for example, is reversed). That's how I finally managed to avoid blockage(after three attempts to get this AMV up). I hope that helps.

It's the anime OVA prequel of a game called God Eater Burst. It's only one episode and is about 14 minutes long. You can find it on Youtube under "God Eater Burst Prequel Anime" or "God Eater Promo Animation". Even though it's short, it's pretty cool.
