nope. you don't even need a midi controller, but I HIGHLY recommend getting both a pad controller of some sort and a keyboard if you plan on making beats frequently.
Also, a good soundcard and a mic are great to have as well.

nice beat
can u do a tutorial where u construct a full track. startin with the intro then bring in the verse then bring in the hook. am finding it hard to bring different parts in and where to take them out. if you can help us anyway to do that gives us a shout peace
