I'm sorry sir but you really need to be more familiar with your Bible. Nimrod and the Tower of Babel were both events that happened after God poured his wrath on the world in the great flood. Also the fact that there was 1 world order or 1 language was not the reason God confused the languages, it was because people were trying to elevate themselves to the status of God. This is the same sin that Adam and Eve were guilty of.

Your best one yet! Sometimes I have felt like such an'oddball' 'wet blanket' for speaking out about twilight, disney and all these occultic movies. @dazlette many times, when speaking on these tv show, what most people do vs. analyzing their walk is say, well you watch this dont you.. whats the difference. We shouldnt have that attitude.. our attitudes should be one of ensuring that our walk is how God wants it, it doesnt matter if others agree that its ok... what is God telling us.... all i am saying is that we should prepare out children, so that when they see these things, they understand spiritually where they are coming from. amen :)

@TheJohndavid420 Well said. I didn't grow up with comic books, but with superhero movies and animations, they did have a good moral message that you don't find so much today. I remember as a kid wanting to be like them, in doing good and helping others, I loved good over evil. I'm a grown adult now and I was not affected negatively by them. What about Narnia? I loved Aslan, it was the coolest thing when I found out he was based on Jesus. Not all fantasy/sci-fi corrupts.

I learned a great lesson from comic book heroes when I was a boy. My father didn't teach me anything because he was an abusive alcoholic and my mother was always busy ducking punches. I read comic books to get me away from the horror of my household. Comic book heroes taught me to sacrifice for others, they taught me to put others ahead of myself and they taught me to stand up against evil. This was before my Love of my Lord Jesus. I did not worship the heroes but I think they taught me well.
