@DaNceOhoLica crunches help as well as laying on your stomach and doing what i call reverse crunches also rember shoulders down chest up ribs in and keep you stomach engaged do not relex them .

@RONIDC1979 Its true that this character suposed to look like a plastic doll, but i think that she is just puting too much pressure on her hands an fingers, then into her body sometimes while she is dancing..so it looks a bit weird sometimes :D i work on the same problem :D because im putting stil a bit too much energy into my fingers arms and hands, instead of using my back and stomache ... but this needs time to control it :D

@DaNceOhoLica i get the feeling she was told to do that wierd thing with her hands because the character supossed to be a doll that comes to life or somthing like thsatso its gotta look a bit plastic but i get where your coming from .

a bit stiff sometimes and be careful with ur hands and feet

But ur a great turner and u have a great balance for a twelve year old girl ! ;)
