why don't they just let gay couples form a union or something that's the exact same as marriage just with a different name. That way gay people can get 'married' and the traditional marriage can stay how it is, That way both sides would be happy.

@dannyboyinspace 1) An adult cannot marry a child as there is no meeting of the minds as a child's participation in sex is not recognized as consensual.

2) Whether it be 2 wives & 1 husband or 1 husband & 2 wives, IMO someone will end up getting hurt, & if i'm wrong that may be the next thing to be legalized but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Right now 1 man loving 1 man is not hurting anyone, they are attracted to an adult, consenting, human being and by that description it's legal
