As I said to rc55, I think you've created the first proper ZX "codec". Well done! I expect to view this in the rubbery flesh at Raww'09, since the cameraman didn't bother to zoom in at all here.

Yep, the file format's really taking on a life of its own, as a result of all the nasty tricks to keep it super-efficient at playback time. Hopefully I'll have audio working in time for Raww. And yes, I'll have to sack that cameraman. What can I say - I was tired, and the built-in camera on a Macbook isn't really designed for clever tracking shots...
