The MCA of 2006 set up a tribunal system. Either the President or the DoD can declare virtually anyone a "terrorist". Once that happens, you are an "enemy combatant", & you lose ALL rights. And ANY federal force can hunt you down, indefinitely detain you, & even kill you. The NDAA expanded the war of terror to within the borders of the US. So, have to correct you on that. Once the Pres or the DoD says you're a baddie, it's over. Welcome to the USSA.
