Man people who think Brown Trout is cool should get out and visit a real town. Alpena is dead. I moved back to Alpena not by choice and I am banging my head wondering why the city and it's people don't interact more with each other, I mean down in Monroe every weekend there is something going on, and each event takes over the whole downtown it seems. I went to the block party tonight and was so sad. Maybe if they build a freeway close by it won't feel so cut off from the world.

Posen Potato Festival. Is that the event that has 40 people with a combined teeth count of 36. Thats how many I counted in line to the beer tent. I lived in Alpena then moved to a town that actually is alive and thriving, then moved back and this town is like so dead. It's like depressing.
