Wow that was some really shitty form. Your ass is supposed to stay on the bench. If you want to do a decline bench press, find a decline bench and keep your ass on it. Also that bounce you are getting of your chest is probably reducing the weight by about 20 lbs. Use proper form, it's much more impressive regardless of the weight you use.

@PneumaticTire These kids are athletes ..they don't want unnecessary mass because they need to be fast and excess mass makes you slow....so they train for explosive strength... where each set is shorter then 20 seconds.. did you see how he was benching..it's because he wants that explosive power football players and other athletes want....if a bodybuilder was doing this.. he'd be going slow all the way down..and really feeling the contractions..which is what builds mass

Some of these kids are strong, but just don't show any mass on their bodies. How is this possible?? This kid has no mass on his forearms, upper arms, or chest from what I can see. Weird.

I'm counting the reps... 0...0...0...0, LOL. Why dont you try holding it in the correct spot AND go all the way up and down. Come on people, either do it correct or dont do it at all. "its just my way"... SO ANNOYING, ARGH! Why would ANYBODY be impressed with such crappy form? If you hold out further, YOU CHEAT, if you arch your back, YOU CHEAT, if you dont go up or down all the way, YOU CHEAT and if you dont care that you do that, then your a cheater that is not as strong as he thinks he is.
The kid is a very hard worker and is now a Kansas Jayhawk Linebacker.
