I have a question: what would be the process, to put Bush, Cheney, Rice and Rumsfeld in jail?

Who can start this process?

Does the american people have the will and the right to do it?

Are Bush and Co protected by law and if yes, for how long?

to get put in jail u have to be convicted of a crime and have a court trial to see if your guilty.

the people who can start this process is massive amount of people demanding and some how expose their crimes to the world.

and the american people have the right of free speech and right to protest peacefully, so they have the right to do that.

Bush and Co. are protected by the govt., because if they were not they would have issues

There is a process for holding them responsible and even jailing them. They would have to be charged with war crimes in the court at The Hague and found guilty. A government would have to do this. Our government never will, thats a given. The people themselves, short of armed rebellion, will never hold them responsible, we are too fat and lazy to do that.
