I have a question: what would be the process, to put Bush, Cheney, Rice and Rumsfeld in jail?

Who can start this process?

Does the american people have the will and the right to do it?

Are Bush and Co protected by law and if yes, for how long?

@ricsen13 to get put in jail u have to be convicted of a crime and have a court trial to see if your guilty.

the people who can start this process is massive amount of people demanding and some how expose their crimes to the world.

and the american people have the right of free speech and right to protest peacefully, so they have the right to do that.

Bush and Co. are protected by the govt., because if they were not they would have issues

@MrTpolich They were Saudi Arabian extremist Muslims. Invading Iraq only proves the terrorist point further - the US politicians go for the money, not for the truth. Iraq was easier to sell and easier to invade with Saudi help.

Never loose sight of the fact that war is very profitable for George Bush (and friends/family) as he is a major shareholder in lots of companies that supply the military.

@andypeterson21 GWB lies because he and his 'friends' control (/own/take profits from) the companies that manufacture the guns, the bullets, the ration packs, the tanks, the spare tires, the explosives, the helicopters, the boots, the sunglasses used by the military. He lie because it makes him a billionaire. He lies because he is a billionaire and the most powerful politically (oh yeah, his dad lied too) so is VERY difficult to bring to justice.
