Marten im München

Can anyone confirm that this is a marder (pine martin)? These otter-like creatures are usually active at night yet this was taken at 11am in central Munich (Bad Schachenerstrasse). That makes video footage quite rare. They like to chew on plastic and rubber, so are often responsible for electric failure in vehicle motors. Europeans may put chicken wire under cars while parked which martins avoid standing on. Their natural enemies are dogs, so if you dog pisses on your car-tires it deters the little bugger. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Pine_Marten
